Delivery

All orders are sent via Royal Mail unless otherwise stated.

If your order qualifies for tracked delivery or you have selected the optional tracked delivery, once shipped your order should arrive within 2 working days (UK ONLY). We ship all orders within 5 business days unless otherwise stated. Custom orders and pedals are subject to longer ship times due to the hand built nature of the product.

Returns

We will accept returns of products that have arrived to you damaged (via transit) – however, if you solder your components on badly or have clearly not taken any advisory steps, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

Simply put – don’t send us back a PCB that’s been torched and tell us it was like that when you got it 🙂

We’ve shipped a lot of boards and pedals so we know how to package things to survive the journey. Making sure you get your products safely is a big part of our business.

Refunds

We process all refunds on orders taken via the website using our payment provider STRIPE. These refunds are processed in accordance to STRIPES terms and conditions. Refunds can take up to 10 days to arrive in your account, however they usually arrive before this.  More information on STRIPES refund policy and times can be found here.
